Week 7 of bloom for the Northern Light X Big Bud Autoflowers (Week 10 from seed), and it is week 5 bloom for the Dinafem Haze Auto (week 8 from seed).
Though smallish in stature, Haze Autoflower is an impressive specimen. At week 5 of bloom, her buds look as though they’ll burst if they become any more dense. Purple tinges are prevalent as well as trichomes and that very distinct aroma! You’ll notice her leaves are yellowing, but her buds continue to swell. I’ll probably kick up the nutrients in the final weeks of feeding…
Though vertical growth has ceased, the colas on the Northern Light x Big Bud autoflowers are thickening in a manner that respects the Big Bud namesake. The very tips of one plant are going purple as well. Both plants being very light on any smells or aroma – A good stealth candidate.
I am going to be amazed if either of these go to 9 weeks, I believe the advertising was correct in saying a 7 – 8 week bloom time. I know the Haze Auto has a few weeks left, but the Northern Light x Big Bud autos are already showing milky trichomes, with another week to go before week 8. I may let these go till amber…
