Hash Plant is a lot like Wheaties. Never spectacular, always reliable. Along with Trainwreck, it’s one of the first high grade, medical quality strains I ever smoked. As you’d expect with a strain named after hashish, Hash Plant has a spicy and almost bitter taste. The most common Hash Plant comes courtesy of the renowned Sensi Seeds and is actually a cross between Original Hash Plant and Northern Lights. Hash Plant is extremely rich in trichomes and, like all Indicas, will hit you with a relaxing, full-body high.
Like all Indicas we highlight, Hash Plant grows to a short heigh (particularly when compared to Sativas) while its flowering time of six to seven weeks is a brief one, even for an Indica. As always, make sure your Hash Plant fits this description and features lush, iced-out, tightly packed nugs.
While Hash Plant won’t “wow” you or your smoking buddies, it’s an affordable strain of medical marijuana that’s readily available in many collectives. Currently, 125 Dispensaries have Hash Plant in stock.
Averaging a price of under $40 is rare for a strain that’s typically this high quality. As usual, be wary of any strains on the lower spectrum of the pay scale–it’s usually for a reason.
Each day, Marijuana.com will highlight a strain of Medical Marijuana. In an effort to show you that strains can vary much based on the environment they’re grown and what seeds are used. If you have smoked today’s strain of cannabis before, let us know what you think of it in the comments and if it looked like this.
