The plants are at the end of week 6/start of week 7 of bloom.
Every other day since the start of week 6 bloom, I have been running the “Bloom Accelerator” – a new feature on HydroponicsHut’s newest LED grow lights. By middle of the week I noted a big change in the plants as the large fan leaves are yellowing fan dropping like mad, and may be an indicator of which plants will reach maturity & harvest first.
The Kaya Gold is continuing to crank out white hairs as her buds & colas fatten up. Kaya gold is noted to have a 7-9 week bloom time, I have always seemed to do better letting her run to the long end of 9-10 weeks. We will see as anything can and does happen as bloom winds down.
The Critical+Sensi Star x Jock Horror hybrid colas are getting very dense. I am having to stake up branches daily as they droop and sometimes snap from the weight of the buds.
The buds are a mass of sticky white and orange hairs with a very high calyx to leaf ratio, so there should be few leaves to manicure when they harvest.
Jock Horror plugs away at new floral growth, white pistils crop up everywhere as bud tips keep expanding. Jock’s budding patterns are a mass of sticky trichome covered floral blooms on top of sticky trichome covered floral blooms. Buds, leaves & stems are coated in sticky goodness.
We have at most another 3 weeks left… I will put out at least another 2 videos to complete this journal… so be sure to subscribe and also visit out site at growmedical420.com.
